Call for applications: ERNWACA seeks two consultants to lead the forward-looking assessment of its action plan 2005-2010
Lead Consultant profile
The Consultant is responsible for the overall evaluation methodology and supervision and writing of the synthesis report.
He will take care of scientific and technical aspects.
- at least 7 years of evaluation experience in education and/or research ;
- good knowledge of ERNWACA;
- excellent analytical and writing skills;
- preferably an academic/researcher ;
- lead Consultant must be bilingual (French, English);
- collaborative team spirit;
- Available from end March till end April to conduct and compile the evaluation process.
Assistant Consultant profile
The assistant Consultant is responsible to collect useful information requested by the lead Consultant in five countries.
- familiar with networks similar to ERNWACA;
- preferably sociologist;
- based in one of the five selected countries;
- collaborative team spirit;
Available from end March till end April to assist the lead consultant.
