The Ministry of Education in Sri Lanka has requested UNICEF's assistance to develop an accelerated learning programme (ALP) to enable children to make up for the education they have lost out on due to conflict and which will lead to the eventual reintegration of these students into the mainstream education system at one of five key entry points.
The program must start ASAP. Possible rate would be around 11,000 USD per month (all-inclusive of fees & per diem).
